So this ended up actually being a last minute outfit and location yesterday. Kelly and I had these plans for an amazing shoot and things just kept falling through but it was so beautiful outside we didn't want to miss the opportunity, and we almost did while running out of sunlight.
I have been waiting for a nice cool evening to pull out these overalls though. I've always been a dress/skirt kind of girl especially since it stays warm in Florida almost year round, but I've been trying to branch out and wear jeans, basic tees and go for a more laid back, casual look on some days and these are just perfect for it. They're almost a boyfriend fit, I went up a size so that they were. I've worn them with sneakers, boots, birks, literally anything. I'm also loving the colors in this poncho. They seem to be popping up everywhere and I think they are perfect to spice up any basic look so you will probably be seeing more of them on me.
So against all odds we were still able to pull together a nice little outfit post, and it's actually becoming one of my favorites.
